II. Product Composition
1 Slitting Machine
1. Unwinding shaft: 3-inch tile-type air-expanding shaft is used, together with a 40KG magnetic powder tension control system. The unwinding tension can be freely adjusted according to different production requirements.
2. Correction system: The machine is equipped with an ultrasonic correction device to improve the feeding accuracy and ensure stable material movement.
3. Measuring mode: Meter mode is used to conveniently control and monitor the production length.
4. Slitting tool configuration: 9mm*12 strips, 12mm*12 strips, 15mm*12 strips, 1 set for each specification.
3 Workstation Winders
1. Bandwidth selection is completed through the touch screen, and the operator does not need to manually adjust or replace the transmission gear.
2. After the preset winding process is completed, the machine automatically stops, allowing the operator to replace the paper tube manually.
3. The winding tension can be adjusted through the touch screen. Different winding torques can be selected according to the weight and width of the paper strapping to reduce bending deformation after winding.
4. After winding, the finished paper strapping needs to be manually removed and a new paper tube installed for the next production cycle.
